Cummins normal retirement age is 65 years.  In accordance with the exceptions set out in regulation 7(4) of the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006, candidates who are aged over 64 years and 6 months should be aware that they are unlikely to be recruited as employees because of the operation of that retirement age.
